Our center offers condition testing and diagnostics of various units and gears of aircrafts, including engine diagnostics.

Testing of the helicopters main rotor blades:

  • identifying elastic-mass properties (bending, stretching, torsion);
  • identifying dynamic characteristics of blades by means of modal analysis (see video below) not only in static position, but also in rotation;
  • identifying static and dynamic loads on the main rotor elements;
  • flutter testing.

Diagnostics and development of diagnostics systems of the aggregates

Including (see photo below):

  1. engines:
    • air-mass unbalance of rotors (compressor, turbines);
    • surge margin;
    • gas flow;
    • bearings;
    • gears.
  2. gearbox, including planetary gears;
  3. main rotor of the helicopter;
  4. tail boom transmission of the helicopter.

Testing and balancing of the helicopter tail rotor

We conduct field testing of the balancing system.

Vibrodynamic testing of fuselage parts

We conduct vibrodynamic testing of certain parts of the aircraft fuselage and define its' modal characteristics.
